Wolverhampton
Samaritans visit Featherstone Prison and Brinsford YOI near
Wolverhampton every week to support inmates who have been trained by
Samaritans to become Listeners on a 24/7 basis. There is a great
need for Listeners because there is a far greater risk of suicide /
self harm amongst inmates than amongst the general population.
